Join our team as a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and fostering team growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities supporting team development.
  • Ensure compliance with company values and strategies.
  • Provide feedback on products and contribute to the store's competitive positioning.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards and stock levels.

Qualifications:

  • 18 years or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Experience in retail management preferred.
