Job Description
Join our team as a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and fostering team growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities supporting team development.
- Ensure compliance with company values and strategies.
- Provide feedback on products and contribute to the store's competitive positioning.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness standards and stock levels.
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Experience in retail management preferred.
