Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills while performing duties.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock monitoring.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Uphold security measures and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Safe handling of equipment and compliance with procedures.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work independently and within a team environment.
• Organized, efficient, and able to multitask.
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
