As a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and efficient. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with the team, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Experience in retail environment and general cleaning preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
