Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the company's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and fulfill assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
