Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the required Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and handle inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate cash registers efficiently.
• Proficient in using store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
