Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in inventory management and conduct inventory counts as required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure the store meets company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating equipment like cash registers, floor scrubbers, etc.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
