Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store remains well-merchandised, stocked, and clean to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Display ALDI's values by consistently demonstrating the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts, uphold cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting merchandise, and operating equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register with efficiency.
• Experience in retail and familiarity with general cleaning tasks preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
