Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the ALDI team. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Report product issues and inventory discrepancies to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
