Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are well-merchandised, and customers receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
