Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You'll work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
• Follow safety and security protocols.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented and efficient multitasker.
• Compliance with alcohol handling regulations.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
