Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Report product feedback, inventory accuracy, and any issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and maintain data security
• Additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Meet requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Combination of education and experience
