Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Process customer purchases and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory management and contribute to loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
