Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-stocked and organized store while providing exceptional customer service. This position is Full-Time, averaging 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies accurately.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus.
