We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
