Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company policies, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
- Capability to perform general cleaning tasks to company standards
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
