Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies to ensure accuracy and security.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
- Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
