Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure the store is well-maintained

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
