Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain organized merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and uphold cash policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register proficiently.
• Capable of handling equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail work experience is preferred.
