Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, engage with customers, and contribute to creating an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently and neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform stocking duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
