Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly while maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Process customer purchases and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues or recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
