Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience and maintaining the store's operations. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and assist in inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior work experience in retail and high school diploma preferred.
