Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide exceptional customer service. This position involves cashiering, merchandising, and collaborating with team members to uphold ALDI's standards.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
