Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide outstanding customer service.
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
