Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Report feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock monitoring
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and various equipment
• Capability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
