Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure store security
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred
