Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining document and data security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
