Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle equipment efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
