We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Assist customers, handle purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers, equipment, and perform cleaning duties proficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
