Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
