We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience.

Salary

Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute feedback to management and participate in inventory counts

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
