Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness of the store, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a plus.
