Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
