Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and professional skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to support store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
