Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members, demonstrate ALDI's core values, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
