Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is maintained to the highest standards. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) expected for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers during their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
