Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure efficient operations and delivery of outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy
• Follow cash policies to minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register
• Safe operation of equipment and adherence to cleaning standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior retail experience (preferred)
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
