Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service, stock merchandise, and ensure the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
