Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with team members, assist customers with their shopping experience, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Ability to deliver courteous and efficient customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Aptitude for following company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience considered.
