Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, assisting with cashiering, merchandising products, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash-handling guidelines.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
