Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. This position offers competitive pay starting at $17.00 per hour for an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and stock merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
