Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by assisting with merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to use store equipment safely and efficiently
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcohol

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
