Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, cashiering, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
• Capable of operating a cash register and maintaining store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
