Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, our customers receive exceptional service, and the overall shopping experience is top-notch. Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback to management on product issues and inventory accuracy.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring document security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
