Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate key competencies and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Comply with company policies while maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform cleaning duties according to company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and within a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
