Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash-handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Proficient in efficient cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
