Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold our high standards of customer service.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain store security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
