Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains high standards of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
- Process customer transactions, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain security of documents.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and general cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
