Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat merchandise display.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for store security and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other retail equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work in a team environment and follow instructions efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
