Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and adhere to company procedures.
• Comply with company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multitasking capabilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
