We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains high standards of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking products, and collaborating with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

• Demonstrate professionalism and ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service by helping shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, handle inventory, and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, safeguard sensitive information, and fulfill assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of delivering excellent customer service and operating a cash register efficiently.
• Proficient in handling equipment and performing cleaning tasks according to standards.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
• Ability to meet state requirements for alcohol sales.
